1. The Service

APIKIT provides unified API access, routing and metering for AI models. Available models, features and pricing are as shown live in the console.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your API keys;
• Keep your API keys safe — losses from leaked keys are borne by the key holder;
• Report unauthorized use immediately and we will act promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

By using APIKIT you agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or infringe others' rights;
• abuse or attack the service, or attempt to bypass quotas and rate limits;
• reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service itself;
• use the service to generate or distribute unlawful content.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate the service in response to violations, depending on severity.

4. Billing

The service is billed by actual usage; rates and quotas are as shown in the console. If you dispute a bill, raise it with us within a reasonable period after it is issued.

5. Changes & Termination

We may adjust the service due to upstream models, technology or compliance needs; material changes will be announced in advance. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

Content generated by upstream models does not represent APIKIT's views, and we do not warrant its accuracy or legality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIKIT is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at the service fees you actually paid in the 30 days before the dispute arose.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
